keeps her head seemingly stationary, although if you filmed it for several hours and then replayed it at high speed you could observe a faint nodding movement

It’s a series of videos with a general pattern.
Nathan Fillion approaches a door and knocks. A Firefly alum answers and they have a semi-comical, semi-portentous exchange, ending with knowing nods that devolve into awkwardness.
