Lots of cheddar and cream cheese. Tomatoes & lots of chives go on after broiling the cheese on the eggo until it just starts to burn. I season with liberal amounts of Tony C’s and MSG.
I can’t believe I’ve lived my whole life without using eggos as sandwich bread
It sounds stupid as hell, but when I think about it eggos are pretty neutral without syrup. Probably not more sugar than normal bread.

Thanks homie! It was delicious. I got a huge salmon fillet that I froze half of in marinade and needed to use the other half pretty quick. This was the second half of the half I didn’t freeze. I ate plenty of it before doing the sandwich but hear it’s an inner look with some of the fish I didn’t use in the sandwich.
