That’s a good looking sandwich. I made something very similar yesterday but I also had pickled red onions. Delicious.

I thought about debating the merits of how much cheese would make it a grilled cheese. But I’ve seen tomatoes in grilled cheese without anyone blinking an eye, so why not meat too? I mean it has cheese and is grilled. Plus I like Satan/Santa.
