So many instances of these are popping up in the aftermath. Even an opportunistic Bairstow stumping.

Professional cricketers should not be just walking out of the crease like that.

Yup, Bairstow messed up and the blame should go solely to him. He’s been an international cricketer for a fair while, he really shouldn’t be doing things like that.

Maybe he’ll reconsider having a beer with the Aussie boys after he’s reminded of this

Or he’ll tell them to watch the full video where NZ withdraw the appeal and Collingwood batted on: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AsznuSW-1Ug

Why? They seem very dull compared to the Aussie teams of the past

“ the famously laid-back McCullum admitted the flash point might impact relations between the teams as he said on the BBC’s Test Match Special: ‘I can’t imagine we’ll be having a beer any time soon.’ “

I know, they’re still the dullest Australia team in years though. No Bret Lee, Warne etc.

Honestly, I’d much rather hang out with guys like Khawaja, Cummins, Marnus, etc, than boofheads like Shane Warne & Co.

Yeah, can’t disagree with that. I heard someone refer to day 4 as a bounceathon, 98% of deliveries were classed as short balls. Doesn’t make for entertaining watching
