The state can require federal agents to display identification, the judge said. The Trump administration had asked the court to block both laws, which were designed to help identify federal agents.
I will note that ICE doesnt typically display anything indicating that they’re ICE, let alone any kind of badge or ID

This sets ICE up to be misidentified as a street gang. This will allow the “federal” institution to falsely cry foul upon issues and then extend their violence to the foreseeable future by misusing even more ancient “law” like the insurrection act - which should be invoked by congress against this insurrectionist cabal…
ya know, just because its ‘against’ the law doesnt mean they cant be arrested for something. they do it to us normies all the fucking time… the trip downtown is the punishment… and since there are basically zero repercussions for local law enforcement, why not?
Local law enforcement has only ever been willing to act against ICE for nepotistic reasons. They don’t enfroce the law against them
California can amend the law this judge blocked to require any agent of a law from wearing a face covering, instead of giving state troopers special exempted treatment. Then this judge will consider it constitutional. Hopefully the Assembly gets right on it.
