Do you have a cheap old sailboat for sale (could be anywhere in the world)? I’ll probably buy it. At least there is some probability of a purchase. You can reply below or DM me.
It doesn’t matter so much which condition the boat is in, it being cheap is of higher priority. Haggling definitely accepted and encouraged. Please be friendly and no swearing or sarcasms. I know sailors and surfers can be good people sometimes.
