    General strikes won’t work in the United States. The country is too heterogenous and fractured, and we’re devoid of actual leaders.

      What are you doing to organize a real general strike? Just doomerism?

      More and more people are beginning to organize. While these kinds of strikes are still disorganized, this is still incredibly important to move the needle in the right direction.

      Honestly I used to think that, but honestly seeing how this one has actually somewhat actually happened I think it’s more possible. Such things kind of have to be decentralized by nature as well anyways.

      And yea, the country is quite fractured but what ice has been doing in Minnesota and elsewhere has had a very strong joining and radicalizing effect.
