If this is true, then ICE has concluded it can not only enter your home without a warrant, it can now enter embassies and consulates without permission.
Legally the grounds of an embassy are technically the sovereign-esque land of the country the embassy is for
They legitimately could have shot the guy if they wanted to, had he made it in (or continued trying to) without authorization
Bruh ICE is now trying to deport people from their own damn countries
