The train one and the one where you connect multiple village economies together sound especially fun!

Did they ask for Nintendo’s permission?

I remember some of these being posted here in this community! Especially the train one.

As for the Pokémon-style one, I have unfortunately fallen hard into liking specifically the !pokemon@sopuli.xyz IP and its universe and characters and wanting to explore the Pokémon universe from different game genres. Becoming champion is all well and good, but a slice-of-life where you just befriend Pokémon and people, chill, and see more of how Pokémon are present in a more mundane life would be cool. As would be designing the towns and cities you go through in-game… I wonder how much this game will deliver on that fantasy while also not getting sued by Nintendo (because just because I have affection for that particular property that conveniently pushes Nintendo consoles doesn’t mean I am unaware of the bad things Nintendo’s done). From what I have heard some of the official Pokémon games they’ve been putting out have been at least dipping toes in different genres, though not usually quite as well as other games in the same genre because they count on the Pokémon brand to carry it through.
