Keeping it quiet tonight because my best effort to organise my friends wound up aiming for this coming Sunday instead. So long as I get to see everyone at some point, it’s fine by me! Got beer, cheese, a comfy spot, and my cat (who is trying to nab the cheese). Gonna make myself some naan for a nice breakfast in the morning. Happy Hogmanay, team!

I don’t think I would personally enjoy a dragon colada, but I am delighted to learn that they exist because what an amazing name for a cocktail
I order it when I go to a local chinese but never seen it anywhere else. I don’t think I really made it properly! Tasted like sweets!! Its basically a pina colada with lime and passion fruit but I made it with tropical juice and it was pretty sweet!! I liked it!

Both the naan and the sandwich assembly are (roughly) from the Dishoom cookbook. Tomato & chilli jam, garlic cream cheese, coriander, and what is basically fried mushroom & lentil burger (which I made to replace the bacon in the original with something else very savoury)
