I pity and envy those who do not know Brazilian hot dogs.
Which sauce of night though? Oxford has a pretty good process, very green, low carbon, almost never caused extinctions and never of a species that wasn’t already critically endangered, but a little light on flavor.
The hong Kong style is amazing, but the process leaves more forever chemicals than I’m okay with, and can cause you to vibrate at theologically significant frequencies.
There’s the MIT version, which has that aftertaste and you never know if its adulterated with human instrumentality.
