my initial plan was to get an Ajazz K992 and buy the switches separately but it seems the bottom row is non standard so getting keycaps for it would be harder

You’re asking for a great deal of specificity. If there are any products that match that list, then that is likely the cheapest option.
At a glance the K992 bottom row looks typical to 1800 boards, am I miassing something?
