Didn’t turn out exactly how I envisioned it, I wanted the sauce to be a bit thicker. It was delicious nonetheless, not the last time I made this dish.
Overall prep and cooking time was fine as well, definelty one of the easier and quicker dishes to make.

Looks delicious! Maybe throw in some corn starch or some kind of thickener like agar if you want to thicken it up more next time.
To be honest though that sauce looks ideal for dipping bread in, so that’s a win in my book!
