I like the Last Light boardgame, so I went wild creating a collection of custom ships per color. All in all, 45 different spaceship designs, all available for everyone.

        Cheap AF “eyebrow” brushes (eg. AliExp: ~$0.20ea) for quick & dirty drybrushing are clutch. Hell, mixing your own “speed”/“contrast” paint is another way to make this super cheap, too. (ie. acrylic ink, veg. glycerin, alcohol, et al [can link recipe]) 🤌🏼🤗

          Sure link recipe. The armypainter stuff is super expensive compared to what I can get from craft supplies. I already have the cheap dry-brushes etc.

            You might wanna save it to local as the creator has gotten more corpo-funded since this video and hasn’t so much as mentioned said recipe since 2019. 🫣 Just sayin’.

            Also, this is basically the same thing that was old hat around the GW crowd @ GenCon in the 90s. Ain’t nobody got time to paint an entire con-discount army before game time without this wash tech, and it’s stupid cheap to make. (IIRC, for the price of 1-2 pots of brand name, you can make dozens of your own colors.)
