7:30 is pretty generous. My cat starts his day around 6:30 and insists that I do as well.

We got an automatic cat feeder. It goes of at seven. Despite our objections, he spends the night outside unless it’s too cold or rainy.

Every morning, a few minutes before 7, he’s at the door meowing.

I’m amazed at his ability to tell time.

Past 7:30? I always have to launch that fucker off the bed twice a month in the middle of the night when I have to work in the morning and he decides it’s time to sit anywhere he wants or tries to sit on you at like 3 a.m.

He then gets booted out the room and the cat door gets blocked. Rinse and repeat at least every month or two until he tests the waters again lol. Meanwhile the dog sleeps nicely on her bed and doesn’t make a peep unless she’s got the shits. She will also start wigging out and we know to let her out lol.
