Yeah, it looks great illustrated like that, in practice it’d be trickier. the main draw is the overlapping lapels. They’re probably doable with some kind of snap? Maybe velcro? (tho the existing “buttonholes” then become some kinda sight-gag.) The appearance will definitely chance if you move around at all tho. I guess you could make them firm with some kind of insert, tho then you might have mobility problems. It’s the sort of thing you’d have to experiment with.

Also, what’s the purpose? Maybe they’re some kind of safety layer, since she seems to be carrying worktools? Then idk about the bare sleeves, some kinda mesh might be better there.

In other details, I like the color scheme. The “shell” layer on the pants looks functional as well as stylish.
