I’ve never understood what a juggalo is really, but they look like they’re having fun 🤷♂️
Basically, fans of Insane Clown Posse and associated act from the independent Psychopathic Records label they established. The two members of ICP were raised poor and were outcasts in school, so juggalos tend to be open-minded about people who are looked down on and don’t have a lot of money.
