Tired of Mac’s gentrified slums and the absolute incompetence of their maintenance and staff. Looking for something in/near Country Club Plaza. Was hoping to maybe get some personal recommendations here if anyone has experience with apartments in the area. Budget is up to approximately $1700/month for rent and utilities. I’ve got 2 small dogs so it’ll need to be pet friendly, but that doesn’t seem to be too hard to find in KC thankfully.

Wherever you go, join the KC tenants union. They may also be able to recommend places that aren’t awful.
