Every feed requires an algorithm, even if it’s a simple one.
No, simple chronological order doesn’t require one.
It certainly does. Not a complex one, but an algorithm nonetheless.
Cool, what shall we call the set of instructions that tell the computer to sort the posts into simple chronological order?
“algorithm” is typically used to refer to a recommendation algorithm. Sort by date may technically be an algorithm, but you’re not making yourself look smarter, you’re looking like a pedant.
We’re talking about a legal ruling here. The law does not normally use that sort of vague language.
