Found it in the Expedition. If you go to the base portal list, one guy has a base right on top of a Sentinel base. Having it make you a multi-tool will generate it. When I did it, someone else must have just cleared the Sentinels and all I had to do is use the interface haha
By the way you can find these sentinel pillars
First is murdering enough sentinels at 5 starts to shut down their forces Opening salvaged glass from killed sentinels You can get one from the stations, either the cartographer or one of the guilds
There’s another type of multi tool you can get from korvax lore monoliths after some requirements
