        Yup, that is the definition of a derivative work. They’re not an exact copies though. “Replicating the exact content” sounds like you meant exact copies only and not derivatives

          Derivatives are meant to be similar enough to the original content to count yes. There’s videos which explain how this works and where GenAI training is nowhere near that.
