Some people like to claim that Jungle Rot is complacent, that they just make the same album again and again and expect you to be impressed. Personally, I entirely ignore these people because I’m obviously too dumb to not simply go “oh nice riff”, as they jingle the same keys they’ve been using in-front of my face again and again. On a more serious note, this album does have problems, it starts incredibly strong with some sick groovy riffs, but it honestly feels like they just got bored halfway through phoned in the back half. Still a very solid album front to back, but if you’re familiar with Jungle Rot you’re not likely to be impressed.

Back when you recommended me Jungle Rot when I mentioned I wasn’t really a fan of Bolt Thrower, I checked out a handful of their releases and fell in love with quite a few of em - this is one of those lol. Jingle those keys xD
