It’s on the domestic airfield, Olaya Herrera, in Medellin.
There are planes flying out all day, but this one has been in the hangar since I first came to this park.

Looks like an air-plane to me.
ah, it was the hyphen tripping me up, thanks.
I see why you were confused - you only saw it on the ground.
I used the word “airplane” because of the resemblance, but you’re right, I was actually thinking “groundplane” the whole time.
I believe the term is “terraplane”.
i firma-ly believe you.
Your pretty cool you a Colombian?
Nah, just been traveling a while.
Can confirm Colombians are very cool, though. I’m taking informal lessons.
Maybe a Fokker f27?https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fokker_F27_Friendship
Nope the tail doesn’t match.
Maybe not, but I definitely see the fuselage similarities.
ATR of sorts? https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/ATR_42
Interesting, I saw a different plane take off yesterday afternoon and noticed it had two front mounted wing propellors.
I’d say you’ve set me on the right path, thanks!
It looks like an ATR 42 operated by SATENA airlines, the national airline of Colombia. The ATR 72 (also operated by SATENA) is longer.
it really does, thanks!
