Some of the most extremely crushing, hopeless, Funeral Doom around. Two man group consisting two of the three members of Wormphelgm (an equally intense blackened Funeral Doom Band). Very much a band that many will find simply unlistenable, however I really think you can’t easily find much else in the world that matches the sheer hopeless, icy-cold, dirge-like quality of this LP, an utter master class in pacing for funeral doom. I personally recommend listening to all in it’s entirety instead of song by song, however that can be more than a bit daunting with it’s over an hour length.

This is some depressive heavy stuff, and seems to be one of the finest examples of funeral doom i’ve ever heard. Idk if I’m ready for this just yet lol.

I wouldn’t blame anyone for hearing this and going “eh, not for me.” Funeral Doom took me a LONG time to really start appreciating, and even then if I’m not in the right mood I find it boring myself.

Ahab! Ahab! Ahab! Something like the track Ahab - Old Thunder is very fun to me, and I always look forward to listening to it again. Remember:

EDIT: I know you meant that most of the genre is pretty depressing, I just really wanted to share that meme. Also spam Ahab, I will always spam Ahab.
