I have absolutely zero sympathy for the union members who were dumb enough to not understand absolutely basic and foundational geoeconomics - let alone historical context - because this was done about a century ago and it didn’t fucking work then either.
I have no sympathy for anyone that voted for trump the second time. It’s hard to have sympathy for first time voters back in 2016 too.
Trump very clearly told us who he was, and we still voted for him.
The first time around, you had to dig for the evidence (granted, it was barely under the surface at all, but it wasn’t as obvious).
The second time around, people had a fucking demonstration of what he was gonna do as a result of the first time around. Anyone who voted for Trump in 2024 is an overt psychopath, racist, complete imbecile, or some combination thereof, and I genuinely take pleasure at seeing them suffer due to their complete idiocy.
What a shame. If only they could have known that Trump is compulsive liar, who has been screwing over people for decades. How were they to know? It’s like he dropped out of the sky or something. If only someone had warned them! /s
