Langsam starten in der Eifel auch die Röhrlinge. Auf den Bildern sind Steinpilze, Rotkappen und Birkenpilze zu sehen. Auf dem Teller sieht man auch noch kleine Parasolpilze. Vor allem über die Rotkappen habe ich mich gefreut. Meist erscheinen sie erst im Spätherbst.

I love boletes, how did you cook them?
I cooked a quick and easy cream sauce (onion, garlic parsley,cream, mushrooms) and served it with fusilli noodles. It’s the start of the season and I start with traditional recipes until I get bored 😄
