You start on an island with a few resources and build your first villager huts to welcome the opening tier of your civilization. As you meet their needs, you’ll unlock new blueprints and advance through four distinct tiers.
Each tier introduces unique citizen types with their own demands and unlocks:
Tier I: Villagers
Tier II: Townfolk, Recruits, Acolytes
Tier III: Merchants, Soldiers, Apprentices
Tier IV: Nobles, Wizards, Priests
Is this what you mean by “citizen class development model”?
It is, couldn’t think of a more common used video game term. :)
Maybe “progression through different tiers of citizens”? Your title made me wonder if a “citizen class development model” was an established thing in video games.
