Ford Focus/Fiesta has notoriously bad hood visibility so people mostly park by aligning the side view mirrors to the next car. If the next car was something with a short hood (like a Toyota Yaris) this can easily happen.
“I don’t know how to drive my vehicle” isn’t exactly a winning argument there
Not enough context behind the car, but in my country this would be legal parking. All 4 wheels inside the lines: correct.
That said, I know that it’s got a fairly short rear and could probably be parked further back.
I’ve parked like that when there’s cars are weird angles in the boxes next to me, then those cars left, making it look like I was the asshole who can’t park straight.
