I’d suggest it makes it clear that it’s a place where no question is considered stupid, rather than stupid questions are not allowed lol
On the old Reddit one there’d be loads of questions downvoted and snarky answers. I’m sure it was because there were two different user groups who both thought it was the opposite

I was thinking of something like a dunce hat and a tick mark? Maybe that’s a bit obvious.

What dimensions does the banner need to be?
IIRC max length on desktop is 730px. Height is adjusted automatically upon upload
