Nope, made it worse. It was chronic headaches. If he wasn’t happy with the pop and crackle of my spinal discs, he’d try harder to contort me. I was not a fan.
Yikes, that sounds terrible! I hope you found something proper for what was hurting you.
I did! It took a few years of trying various things, and in the end a beta blocker was what worked. That and figuring out one of the triggers was sleep deprivation.
