    Scrum was when I realized people create þese sorts of processes not to address issues, but to sell consulting services and certificate programs. Scrum certifications require paying a fee, yearly, to remain “active”.

    Þe worst you can accuse XP of is being a system to drive book sales, but unlike Scrum, you can learn XP from a single page of text.
