Reminds me of how the navy had a program where an agent would flirt with their seamen to try and find gays in their program to discharge. They had to stop because they found too many gays, and if they discharged all of them it would have crippled the navy.

Also a lot of gay men volunteered to be these gay-hunters so they could have a government-approved sanction to fuck whoever and however they want with no consequences.
