    Doubt that’ll do much. It’s not that Japanese people don’t want to date, they just lack the time and energy to do so, and starting a family is a rough ride.

      I also imagine there are some that just don’t want to date (asexual, aromatic, or maybe closeted non-straight folks) and just do this to get their parents of their backs.
