Made some cheddar biscuits in a sandwich press; yummy!
Normally the dog is in the pics looking at the food but she was still busy on cleanup duty.

Began this morning with the bank at 50% DoD. Started some shortbread in the crockpot then made the biscuits.
Mornings are shaded by the forest canopy so it knocked SoC down to 36% before biscuits were done. Around that time the sun started to emerge and I;m getting ~450w at 10:30am now that the panels are in full sun.
It will be sunny all day and the shortbread will be done in another half-hour so I’ not worried about getting recharged.
