Settings->Apps->Galaxy Store->Settings for Galaxy Store->Notifications->Disable
Works on my Galaxy A53 5G with OneUI 6.1, Android 14. I don’t even see update notifs for apps I have from there.
Better yet, use adb to remove all the junk from your phone.
