I’ll raise you one noisy-ass fridge.
I have both. Two dogs that start shlorping their bits randomly, and a ice maker that creates sounds like the titanic sub creaking under load randomly at various times. I’m frankly amazed I get any sleep.
Also: My pet trying to sleep while I groom myself for two hours
Get a fan or white noise app
White noise machines have some more bass and can wash out more sounds. Especially if you place them between you and the source.
Or earplugs too. Much better quality sleep for me.
Misophonia, my dog cleaning himself can trigger me so much that I’ve sometimes been woken up by it and not been able to sleep again for hours…
