There is no “reining in”, and “corporate capitalism” is redundant. The whole 20th century is what it looks like when you try to regulate capitalism, this is where it leads you.
The rate things are going now most of us will be in camps or executed before climate change can do us in.
And maybe that’s honestly for the best. I’m fucking tired.
Really screws my retirement, though. I figured I’d be dead before climate change starts killing hundreds of thousands at a time and levels my home town. Death was my escape plan. Instead I gotta see the collapse first hand, and it’ll probably kill me. Thanks, Obama.
