I was literally falling asleep at the toilet before the break… I need a coffee

    I’ve actually found that limiting bad food and sometimes having no or limited caffeine makes me feel more awake. But I also have this problem

    You should probably work somewhere else if your job doesn’t allow you to get your eight hours of sleep. Minimum wage without minimum sleep is akin to cheating.

        Well it’s true. Both Chernobyl and the Exxon oil spill can be in part traced back to this issue.

                Believe it or not, job counselling and therapy are widely available and can help you find an alternative. They are at least worth trying and I am happy to help find resources in your region!

                If you don’t try ton make a change, you can’t really complain.

    If you can, try to get to bed an hour earlier tonight. I do that when I lose track of my sleep schedule.
