The first image has a Founder and a Progenitor shopped into the same image. To “highlight” their (almost non-existant) makeup differences.
I think the point of the meme is that - technically - the Progenitors might be a different race than the Founders.
…In spite of the fact that they look pretty much identical and founders are shape shifters anyway, and both are - to the best of our knowledge - ancient meddling isolationist asshole races.
I assume the third alien is from a random dream sequence, though I don’t recognize it.
This is somehow racist.
