I really need to give the new 3D seasons a chance. It’s not studio orange, but Houseki no Kuni and Trigun Stampede have shown that that doesn’t need to ruin a series. Quite the opposite, it can enable some truly awesome shit.
As a fan of the rest of the series, I struggled to get into the first 3D season, mostly because of the timeskip, setting change, and different supporting cast.
I like plenty of 3D shows, this one just felt like a very jarring sequel
all Stand Alone Complex is a missing hit. :/
low, very low quality animation, bad music. They screwed a freaking golden mine of inventiveness.
