Pakistan is also king of piracy because the government already shot themselves in the foot by trying to implement this years ago in an effort to control the media.
I wouldn’t be surprised if they also know how to get around China’s firewall if needed.
Twitter was recently unblocked in Pakistan after being banned for a year.
