I think 1 makes more ethical vegans and 2 makes more health plant based dieters, Earthling Ed helped turn me vegan and then Gary Yourofsky radicalised me to become an animal rights activist
I should cook and work out more often in order to be a better vegan.
Just a quick reminder: You don’t have to be strong, attractive and healthy for your vegan lifestyle to be valid.
That’s true all vegans are valid.
