Quick followup, I just played part of the Youkai Rampage demo from Steam and it was a pretty good experience. I seem to remember the enemies being a little more vivid on the PS4 but the controls feel responsive. The only issue I had was the first boss:

I quit playing after that because I ran out of time. I’ll continue to work through the demo and see how I like it before I decide to make a purchase. I do wish it were available on the Xbox. I have Soul Eater on my PS4 but I play the Xbox much more often.
