When I wrote the comment, I had a specific person in mind who dressed like that - a white kid from a middle class family in rural Wisconsin who pretended to be a black rapper from the ghetto. Even to the point of using the n-word towards other white kids in school.

Ngl, I find the whole concept of the camo hi-vis combo pretty amusing, and the Qatar branding quite offputting, but they clearly like how they look, so no skin off my nose… ¯\(ツ)/¯
