So in the state I currently reside, I can buy a firearm from a friend with cash. There is no bill of sale, no record at all tying me to that firearm.

While this is ideal for maintaining my own privacy from our government, it applies to everybody, including those people down the street that fly a thin blue line flag in their yard.

I’m really conflicted on how I feel about it, but it’s pretty clear which gun owners have a propensity for unreasonable violence.

It’s unequivocally a bad thing. But since we already live in a white supremacist society with a proclivity for killing and jailing minorities, it’s nice to minimize the amount of pig interaction marginalized people have to go through to get armed.

It’s important to understand that we as leftists don’t wield the power of the state, so our opinions on guns and gun control are entirely immaterial.

True, so just keep an eye on my neighbors and encourage comrades to arm themselves as well!

I’d like to stop giving money to the transphobic pawn shop with shen yun brochures for ffl transfers. Regulations like these aren’t going to stop bad shootings. It disproportionately hinders people who aren’t the typical white gun guy.

People who shouldn’t have guns can still get them.
