    The US can suck balls with its half hearted fuckery, trying to regulate and criminalize plants. They don’t deserve a pat on the back for pulling out of your ass slightly.

    I mean, at least that’s where it should have been before. I still don’t think it merits being scheduled at 3 now, considering that it’s still ranked higher than valium ffs. Schedule 3 includes the less problematic opiates, which are way worse than weed could ever be in terms of physical addiction, with far greater risks of abuse as well.

    Like, weed can be hard for people to quit, but it ain’t nothing compared to people hooked on benzos, much less opiates. Fuck, tobacco is harder to quit than weed, and it has zero medical uses, but where is it scheduled? Exactly.

    It’s good news. It’s great news for medical users. But it’s still a bit bone headed

      Oh absolutely, I’m definitely for having it totally descheduled, but I am still going to at least be happy that it’s going to be less restricted.

    If the American government wasn’t addicted to losing they’d just legalize it
