If you poke her below the ribs, she’ll try to take a swipe, but too much fluff to get around.
On my standard issue cat anything is considered an attack. But if he likes you he will keep his claws to himself. The problem is whether or not he likes you is determined by 4th level shadow math equations whose outcomes vary depending on the alignment of the planets and position of the sun.
Netflix has a good cat documentary that goes into behaviors like this and how it’s different than dogs. Highly recommend.
