Dont worry, we did a couple non-stuffed too! Gf used to work somewhere that got a shipment of stuffed vegan croissants they didnt need so she took em home and has been craving them years later. It was this or buying 50 on ebay

our supermarket does dairy free butter blocks. one of the biggest UK brands does one but theres nearly half a dozen options now!
I’m not OP, but why couldn’t they have used margarine?
Also not OP but my local grocery stores all have highly realistic fake butter nowadays. I’m no pastry chef but it seems to work just fine in any recipe that calls for butter, and it’s cheaper than the cow stuff 😁
The hardest part is finding it, because they package it the same and hide it with the real butter.
They look good but if you don’t use apricot jam you’re missing out
