I’m traveling, so I’ll be in low effort mode for a few days, but I still want to give you your daily owl.

The highlight of the trip will be Monday when I have a behind the scenes owl meet and greet where I’m supposed to get to hold an owl!

We plan to hit up the local zoo and also a restaurant with an owl themed restroom, so quite a few possibilities for owl content.

    It’s hard to take their plotting world domination seriously when they’re just so cute,

              It does look funny, but it seems this is common practice when they are putting the leg bands on the Saw Whets.

              They collect them from the nets, plop them in a can to keep them still, and take them to the banding station.
