Indeed. When the second Dumbledore was brought in, I remember the part when he and Supes were fighting with their wands. I think Dumbledore had Supes on the ropes and was about to bash his head in with the Goblet of Fire, but then Supes was like, “We have to save… Ginny!” And Dumbledore was all shook. He dropped the goblet, and said calmly, “Why did you say that name?!” I think once the goblet hit the ground, it accidentally rolled over a sheet of homework from Harry Potter that he signed with his name and date, and that’s how Harry’s name got into the goblet even though he was underage. Great movie.

Oh my god, that scene doesn’t matter.

Second Dumbledore was so much more active, interesting, and exciting than the first one. Had the first guy (God rest 'im) been Dumbledore for the whole series, the character would have been so boring.

But doesn’t >!Dumbledore die at the end of Half Blood Prince, anyway?!< Surely they’d figure they were missing something if that was the only sentence they read on the last page of the last book of the series

Rowling had already introduced time travel in the third book (Prisoner of Azkaban). Further, in the literal “Resurrection Stone” was introduced too and before Deathly Hollows book it wasn’t fully explored what the limits of it were.

Nah, that doesn’t work either. Their spoiler tags work in some apps, Sync for Lemmy at least. The web client has a different spoiler format.

This one with spaces doesn’t format properly on web or in Sync: >! Invalid with spaces !<

This one formats correctly in Sync, but not web. >!App spoiler (Sync for Lemmy)!<

This one formats properly in both Sync and web.

Sadly none of them work in Eternity. Lol

Huh. I could swear I saw inline spoilers on lemmy before…

Was it reddit that needed the spaces or am I making that up completely?

I think spoilers on reddit don’t have a space either.

You might be thinking of list items which need a space after the *. It’s confusing, I just mess with formatting until it works.

Interesting, this is the first time I’ve seen a spoiler tag work in my client (eternity)…

Funnily enough it didn’t work for mine on boost. I’ve tried multiple spoiler types and non seem to work. Maybe I’m just dumb.
